تشرح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق صَقَل (saqal.app)، وكيف نستخدمها، ومع من نشاركها، وما هي حقوقك تجاهها.

باختصار: نجمع ما تُدخله بنفسك، وما تختار ربطه صراحةً من خدمات مثل HUAWEI Health، لتشغيل ميزات صَقَل فقط. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات. تستطيع إلغاء الربط أو حذف حسابك بالكامل في أي وقت.
١. البيانات التي نجمعها
بيانات الحساب
- اسم المستخدم والبريد الإلكتروني
- كلمة المرور — مُخزَّنة مُشفَّرة بخوارزمية bcrypt لدى مزوّد المصادقة، ولا يمكننا الاطلاع عليها
- إن سجّلت عبر Google: اسمك وبريدك من حسابك في Google فقط. لا نطّلع على أي بيانات أخرى
بيانات الملف الرياضي
- العمر والجنس والطول والوزن ومستوى النشاط والهدف التدريبي
بيانات الاستخدام
- سجلات التمارين (التمرين، الوزن، التكرارات، المجموعات، التاريخ)
- سجلات التغذية والسعرات والعناصر الغذائية
- استهلاك الماء وبيانات النشاط واللياقة التي تختار ربطها، مثل عدد الخطوات والمسافة والسعرات النشطة والنوم
- قياسات الجسم وقياسات InBody
- محادثاتك مع المدرّب الذكي «زورو»
- عند استخدام تسجيل التغذية الذكي: صورة الوجبة أو وصفها النصي، أو النص الناتج من تحويل كلامك إلى نص. لا نرسل تسجيل الميكروفون الخام إلى Gemini.
بيانات HUAWEI Health (اختيارية)
إذا اخترت ربط حسابك بخدمة HUAWEI Health، يطلب صَقَل موافقتك عبر صفحة التفويض الرسمية من HUAWEI قبل الوصول لأي بيانات. في المرحلة الحالية نطلب صلاحيات قراءة فقط للخطوات، والمسافة، والسعرات النشطة، والنوم. لا يكتب صَقَل بيانات إلى HUAWEI Health ولا يصل إلى هذه البيانات إذا لم تربط الخدمة بنفسك.
نستخدم هذه البيانات لعرض نشاطك داخل صَقَل، وتحسين مؤشرات الجاهزية والتعافي والتوصيات الشخصية. قد يُدرج ملخّص محدود من هذه البيانات في سياق المدرّب الذكي «زورو» عندما تستخدمه، بما يتوافق مع ما توضحه هذه السياسة عن مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي.
يمكنك إلغاء الربط من إعدادات صَقَل في أي وقت؛ عندها نحذف رموز الربط الخاصة بـHUAWEI Health والملخصات اليومية المستوردة من هذا الربط من صَقَل. كما تُحذف عند حذف حسابك.
ما لا نجمعه
- لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي
- لا نصل إلى جهات اتصالك أو ملفاتك أو صورك
- لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط للتتبّع الإعلاني
- لا نتلقى بيانات بطاقتك البنكية — تُعالَج بالكامل لدى مزوّد الدفع
٢. لماذا نجمعها
- تشغيل التطبيق: حفظ تقدّمك وحساب احتياجك من السعرات واقتراح الأوزان التالية
- المدرّب الذكي: تزويد «زورو» بسياق كافٍ ليجيبك بدقة
- الميزات الاجتماعية: عرض اسم المستخدم في الساحة والمجتمع — وهذه وحدها ما يراه الآخرون
- الأمان: حماية الحسابات ومنع إساءة الاستخدام
- تكامل HUAWEI Health: عرض خطواتك ومسافتك وسعراتك النشطة ونومك داخل صَقَل وتحسين الجاهزية والتعافي والتوصيات بعد موافقتك
لا نستخدم بياناتك للإعلانات، ولا نبيعها، ولا نشاركها مع وسطاء بيانات.
٣. الشفافية في المحتوى المولّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي
يتضمّن صَقَل ميزات تستخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي. ردود المدرّب «زورو» وأي نص يظهر داخل التطبيق على أنه ناتج من زورو يتم إنشاؤه آلياً بواسطة نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي، وليس بواسطة إنسان.
نُظهر للمستخدم وسمًا واضحًا مثل «مُنشأ بالذكاء الاصطناعي» بجانب المحتوى الذي يولّده زورو. وقد تكون المخرجات غير دقيقة؛ لذلك يجب التحقق منها عند الحاجة، ولا تُعد بديلاً عن المشورة الطبية أو المهنية المتخصصة.
٤. الأطراف الثالثة
نستعين بالخدمات التالية لتشغيل التطبيق، ولكل منها سياسة خصوصية خاصة:

تنبيه بخصوص «زورو»: عندما تكتب رسالة للمدرّب الذكي، يُرسَل نصّها مع ملخّص من بياناتك الرياضية إلى OpenAI عبر وسيط صقل على الخادم لتوليد الرد. لا ترسل عبره معلومات لا ترغب في مشاركتها مع طرف ثالث.
تنبيه بخصوص تحليل الوجبات: عند اختيار الكاميرا أو الكتابة أو الصوت في «تسجيل تغذية»، تُرسل صورة الوجبة أو الوصف النصي إلى Google Gemini لتحليل مكونات الطعام والحصص والقيم الغذائية. في وضع الصوت، يحاول المتصفح تحويل كلامك إلى نص أولاً، ثم يُرسل النص الناتج إلى Gemini؛ لا يرسل صَقَل ملف تسجيل الميكروفون الخام إلى Gemini.
٥. مكان التخزين
تُخزَّن بياناتك على خوادم Supabase، وتُرسَل رسائل البريد عبر خوادم في أوروبا. البيانات مشفّرة أثناء النقل عبر HTTPS.
إن كنت خارج هذه المناطق، فاستخدامك للتطبيق يعني موافقتك على نقل بياناتك إليها ومعالجتها فيها.
٦. مدة الاحتفاظ
- نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائماً
- عند حذف حسابك تُحذف جميع بياناتك المرتبطة به نهائياً
- قد تبقى نسخ في النسخ الاحتياطية التقنية مدة تصل إلى ٣٠ يوماً قبل إزالتها
٧. حقوقك
لك في أي وقت أن:
- تطّلع على بياناتك — جميعها ظاهرة داخل التطبيق
- تنزّل نسخة منها — زر «تنزيل نسخة احتياطية» في صفحة التقدّم يُصدِّر كل شيء بصيغة JSON
- تصحّحها — عبر شاشات التعديل في التطبيق
- تحذف حسابك — من الإعدادات، والحذف نهائي
- تعترض على المعالجة — بالتوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذف حسابك
إن كنت في الاتحاد الأوروبي أو المملكة المتحدة، فهذه الحقوق مكفولة لك بموجب اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات (GDPR). الأساس القانوني للمعالجة هو تنفيذ العقد بيننا (تشغيل الخدمة) وموافقتك عند إنشاء الحساب.
لممارسة أي حق لا يوفّره التطبيق مباشرة، راسلنا على العنوان أدناه. نرد خلال ٣٠ يوماً.
٨. أمان البيانات
- كل الاتصالات مشفّرة عبر HTTPS
- كلمات المرور مُخزَّنة بخوارزمية bcrypt ولا يمكن استرجاعها كنص
- سياسات أمان على مستوى الصف تمنع أي مستخدم من الوصول إلى بيانات غيره
- مفاتيح الخدمات الحسّاسة مُخزَّنة على الخادم ولا تصل المتصفح
لا يوجد نظام آمن بنسبة مطلقة. إن وقع خرق يمسّ بياناتك، سنُعلمك خلال ٧٢ ساعة من علمنا به.
٩. الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون سنّ ١٦ عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إن علمت أن قاصراً أنشأ حساباً، راسلنا وسنحذفه.
١٠. التعديلات
قد نُحدِّث هذه السياسة. عند إجراء تغيير جوهري سنُشعرك داخل التطبيق قبل سريانه. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد ذلك يعني قبولك للنسخة المحدَّثة.

This policy explains what data SAQAL (saqal.app) collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.
App name: SAQAL (صَقَل)

In short: we collect what you enter and data you explicitly choose to connect from services such as HUAWEI Health, only to operate SAQAL features. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. You can disconnect integrations or delete your account at any time.
1. What we collect
Account data
- Username and email address
- Password — stored hashed with bcrypt by our authentication provider; we cannot read it
- If you sign in with Google: your name and email from your Google account only. We access nothing else
Fitness profile
- Age, gender, height, weight, activity level, and training goal
Usage data
- Workout logs (exercise, weight, reps, sets, date)
- Nutrition logs, calories, and macronutrients
- Water intake and optional activity/fitness data you choose to connect, such as steps, distance, active calories, and sleep
- Body measurements and InBody results
- Your conversations with the AI coach "Zoro"
- When you use smart nutrition logging: the meal image or text description, or the transcript produced from your speech. Raw microphone audio is not sent to Gemini.
HUAWEI Health data (optional)
If you choose to connect your account to HUAWEI Health, SAQAL asks for your consent through Huawei's official authorization flow before accessing any data. At this stage, we request read-only access to steps, distance, active calories, and sleep. SAQAL does not write data to HUAWEI Health and cannot access this data unless you explicitly connect the service.
We use this data to show your activity inside SAQAL and to improve readiness, recovery, and personalized recommendations. A limited summary of this data may be included in the context sent to the AI coach “Zoro” when you use it, consistent with the AI-provider disclosure in this policy.
You can disconnect HUAWEI Health from SAQAL settings at any time. When you disconnect, SAQAL deletes the Huawei OAuth connection tokens and imported daily Huawei Health summaries stored by SAQAL. They are also removed when you delete your SAQAL account.
What we don't collect
- We don't collect your location
- We don't access your contacts, files, or photos
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies
- We never receive your card details — payments are handled entirely by our payment provider
2. Why we collect it
- Running the app: saving your progress, calculating your calorie needs, suggesting your next working weight
- The AI coach: giving Zoro enough context to answer you accurately
- Social features: displaying your username in the arena and community — that alone is what others see
- Security: protecting accounts and preventing abuse
- HUAWEI Health integration: showing your steps, distance, active calories, and sleep in SAQAL and improving readiness, recovery, and recommendations after your consent
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with data brokers.
3. AI-generated content transparency
SAQAL includes features that use generative AI. Replies from the “Zoro” coach, and text identified in the app as coming from Zoro, are generated automatically by an AI model rather than written by a human.
SAQAL displays a clear label such as “AI-generated” alongside Zoro-generated content. AI output may be inaccurate and should be verified when appropriate; it is not a substitute for medical or other professional advice.
4. Third parties
We rely on the following services to operate the app. Each has its own privacy policy:

A note about Zoro: when you message the AI coach, your text and a summary of your fitness data are sent to OpenAI through SAQAL’s server-side proxy to generate the reply. Please don't send anything through it that you wouldn't want shared with a third party.
A note about meal analysis: when you choose camera, text, or voice in Nutrition Logging, the meal image or resulting text description is sent to Google Gemini to identify foods, estimate portions, and calculate nutrition. In voice mode, SAQAL sends the resulting transcript to Gemini rather than a raw microphone recording.
5. Where data is stored
Your data is stored on Supabase servers, and email is sent through servers located in Europe. Data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS.
If you are outside these regions, using the app means you consent to your data being transferred to and processed there.
6. Retention
- We keep your data for as long as your account exists
- When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted
- Copies may persist in technical backups for up to 30 days before removal
7. Your rights
At any time you may:
- Access your data — all of it is visible inside the app
- Export it — the "Download backup" button on the Progress page exports everything as JSON
- Correct it — through the app's editing screens
- Delete your account — from Settings; deletion is permanent
- Object to processing — by ceasing use and deleting your account
If you are in the EU or UK, these rights are guaranteed under the GDPR. Our legal bases for processing are performance of our contract with you (running the service) and your consent given at sign-up.
To exercise any right the app doesn't provide directly, email us at the address below. We respond within 30 days.
8. Security
- All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS
- Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and cannot be recovered as plain text
- Row-level security policies prevent any user from reading another user's data
- Sensitive service keys are held server-side and never reach the browser
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.
9. Children
The app is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. For material changes we will notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept the updated version.
