صَقَلشروط الاستخدام

باستخدامك تطبيق صَقَل (saqal.app) فأنت توافق على الشروط التالية. إن لم توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
الأهم في سطر: صَقَل أداة لتتبّع التمارين والتغذية، وليس بديلاً عن الطبيب أو المدرّب المختص. استشر مختصاً قبل أي تغيير جوهري في تدريبك أو غذائك.
١. طبيعة الخدمة
صَقَل تطبيق لتسجيل التمارين والوجبات ومتابعة التقدّم، ويتضمّن مساعداً ذكياً باسم «زورو» يقدّم اقتراحات عامة بناءً على ما تُدخله.
الحسابات الغذائية والأوزان المقترحة تقديرات مبنية على معادلات عامة، وقد تختلف عن احتياجك الفعلي.
٢. إخلاء المسؤولية الصحية
صَقَل ليس جهة طبية. المحتوى المعروض — بما فيه ردود «زورو» واقتراحات التمارين والوجبات — لأغراض معلوماتية عامة فقط، ولا يُعدّ تشخيصاً ولا وصفة علاجية ولا استشارة طبية.
استشر طبيباً أو مختص تغذية قبل بدء أي برنامج تدريبي أو غذائي، خصوصاً إن كنت تعاني حالة صحية أو تتناول أدوية أو كنت حاملاً.
رفع الأثقال ينطوي على خطر إصابة. أنت وحدك مسؤول عن اختيار الأوزان والتقنية المناسبة لك، والتوقف عند الشعور بأي ألم.
٣. حسابك
- يجب أن تكون في السادسة عشرة من عمرك أو أكثر.
- أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرّية كلمة مرورك وعن كل نشاط يجري عبر حسابك.
- قدّم بيانات صحيحة — البيانات الخاطئة تُنتج حسابات غذائية خاطئة.
- حساب واحد لكل شخص.
٤. الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع:
- محاولة اختراق التطبيق أو الوصول إلى بيانات مستخدمين آخرين.
- استخدام أدوات آلية لإرسال طلبات مكثّفة أو استخراج المحتوى.
- نشر محتوى مسيء أو مخالف للقانون في المجتمع أو الساحة.
- انتحال شخصية غيرك أو التلاعب بالنتائج والتحدّيات.
- إعادة بيع الخدمة أو مشاركة حسابك مع آخرين.
مخالفة هذه البنود قد تؤدي إلى تعليق حسابك أو حذفه دون إشعار مسبق.
٥. المحتوى الذي تنشره
تحتفظ بملكية ما تنشره في المجتمع، وتمنحنا ترخيصاً غير حصري لعرضه داخل التطبيق. ونحتفظ بحق إزالة أي محتوى مخالف.
٦. الاشتراكات المدفوعة
- تُعالَج المدفوعات عبر مزوّد خارجي، ولا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقتك.
- الاشتراك يمنحك ميزات إضافية طوال مدته المحدّدة.
- يمكنك إيقاف التجديد في أي وقت، ويستمر اشتراكك حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة.
- سياسة الاسترجاع تخضع لشروط مزوّد الدفع.
- قد تتغيّر الأسعار مستقبلاً، ولن يؤثّر ذلك على اشتراك جارٍ.
٧. توافر الخدمة
نسعى لإبقاء التطبيق متاحاً دون انقطاع، لكننا لا نضمن ذلك. قد تنقطع الخدمة للصيانة أو لأسباب تقنية خارجة عن إرادتنا. ونحتفظ بحق تعديل أي ميزة أو إيقافها.
٨. تكامل HUAWEI Health
ربط HUAWEI Health ميزة اختيارية. لا يصل صَقَل إلى بيانات HUAWEI Health إلا بعد تفويضك الصريح، ويطلب حالياً صلاحيات قراءة فقط للخطوات والمسافة والسعرات النشطة والنوم. يمكنك إلغاء الربط في أي وقت من إعدادات صَقَل. بيانات الساعات وأجهزة القياس قد تتأثر بدقة الجهاز والمزامنة، ولا ينبغي التعامل معها كتشخيص طبي.
ننصحك بتنزيل نسخة احتياطية من بياناتك دورياً من داخل التطبيق.
٩. حدود المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون ضمانات من أي نوع. لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي إصابة أو ضرر صحي أو خسارة بيانات أو أضرار غير مباشرة تنشأ عن استخدامك التطبيق أو اعتمادك على محتواه، وذلك إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون.
١٠. إنهاء الاستخدام
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق، ويُحذف معه كل ما يخصّك نهائياً. ويجوز لنا تعليق حسابك عند مخالفة هذه الشروط.
١١. تعديل الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وسنغيّر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التعديل يعني قبولك به.
١٢. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

By using SAQAL (saqal.app) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The short version: SAQAL is a training and nutrition tracking tool, not a substitute for a doctor or qualified coach. Consult a professional before making significant changes to how you train or eat.
1. What the service is
SAQAL logs workouts and meals and tracks progress. It includes an AI assistant, "Zoro", that offers general suggestions based on what you enter.
Calorie targets and suggested weights are estimates derived from general formulas and may differ from your actual needs.
2. Health disclaimer
SAQAL is not a medical provider. Everything shown — including Zoro's replies and workout or meal suggestions — is general information only. It is not a diagnosis, prescription, or medical advice.
Consult a doctor or dietitian before starting any training or nutrition programme, particularly if you have a medical condition, take medication, or are pregnant.
Lifting weights carries a risk of injury. You alone are responsible for choosing appropriate loads and technique, and for stopping if you feel pain.
3. Your account
- You must be 16 or older.
- You are responsible for keeping your password private and for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information — inaccurate data produces inaccurate calculations.
- One account per person.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Attempt to breach the app or access other users' data.
- Use automated tools to flood requests or scrape content.
- Post abusive or unlawful content in the community or arena.
- Impersonate others or manipulate results and challenges.
- Resell the service or share your account.
Breaching these terms may result in suspension or deletion of your account without prior notice.
5. Content you post
You retain ownership of what you post in the community and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the app. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
6. Paid subscriptions
- Payments are handled by an external provider; we never store your card details.
- A subscription grants additional features for its stated period.
- You can cancel renewal at any time; access continues until the paid period ends.
- Refunds are governed by the payment provider's policy.
- Prices may change in future; an active subscription is unaffected.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the app running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may modify or discontinue any feature.
8. HUAWEI Health integration
Connecting HUAWEI Health is optional. SAQAL accesses HUAWEI Health data only after your explicit authorization and currently requests read-only access to steps, distance, active calories, and sleep. You may disconnect at any time in SAQAL settings. Wearable and sensor data can be affected by device accuracy and synchronization and should not be treated as a medical diagnosis.
We recommend downloading a backup of your data periodically from within the app.
9. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, health consequences, data loss, or indirect damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.
10. Ending your use
You may delete your account at any time from the app settings; all associated data is permanently removed. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
